- Second-half due date - July 10, 2026
Penalty & Interest Assessment Dates

| March 10, 2026 | 10% penalty on the unpaid current half tax |
| July 11, 2026- July 21, 2026 | 5% penalty on the total unpaid 2025 real estate tax & 2026 mh taxes |
| July 22, 2026 | 10% penalty on the total unpaid 2025 real estate tax & 2026 mh taxes |
| August 1, 2026 | 5.83% Interest assessment on unpaid prior years delinquent real estate taxes & mh taxes |
| December 1, 2026 | 1.17% Interest assessment on unpaid real estate taxes & mh taxes |
Tax Bills
All tax bills are mailed 20 to 25 days before the due date. Please examine your tax bill and notify the Clark County Treasurer’s Office at 937-521-1832 of any error or questions your may have regarding your tax bill.
Incorrect Tax Bills
Please return any tax bills you wrongfully received. The Treasurer’s Office makes every effort to mail all tax bills to the correct and responsible party. However, failure to receive a tax bill does not relieve the taxpayer of the obligation, nor does it relieve the taxpayer of the mandatory penalties or interest assessments.
Change of Address
Please notify the Treasurer’s Office in writing of any change in the mailing address by completing the Change of Address Form and submitting it to:
