What if I am scheduled for disconnection?
If you account is scheduled for disconnection, we recommend that you bring the payment into our office. We do not advise mailing the payment or scheduling a payment through your online bank service. An account is not considered paid until the payment has been received by our office. If you water service is disconnected, payment in full along with the delinquency fee must be paid in the office before service is restored. An adult will need to be home when the water service is restored. Any bills scheduled for disconnection must be paid by 2:30pm on the Tuesday before the disconnection date. If payment has not been received in our office by 2:30pm the account will be subject to a $30.00 delinquency fee.
