SPRINGFIELD -- The Clark County Title Office’s Southern Village branch will be open from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Nov. 25. The staff will be accepting passport applications until 11 a.m. The office will be closed on both Thursday, Nov. 23 and Friday, Nov. 24 for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Due to technology upgrades, the Southern Village branch will be closed from 10 a.m. to noon on Monday, Dec. 4, while A.B. Graham downtown branch will be closed from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 5.
