[ARCHIVED] Croft Road Construction - Road Work

CroftNoticeCard.jpg
Croft Road construction between State Route 4 and Columbus Avenue began on Monday, May 7, 2018, and is continuing approximately 210 calendar days.

Currently in Phase 2, the contractor is constructing the north side of the roadway improvements on Croft Road from State Route 4 to Robert Eastman Road. The roadway is reduced to one-lane, two-direction traffic at the bridge near Overlook Drive, controlled by a temporary signal.

Phase 3 has also started and the contractor will close Croft Road to through traffic between Robert Eastman Road and Columbus Avenue beginning September 24th and last until November 30, 2018. Traffic will be detoured across Robert Eastman Road, Buck Creek Lane, and Old Columbus Road. Access to residents located in this section will be maintained for the duration of this phase.

Phase 4
The final phase of work extends from State Route 4 to Columbus Avenue and includes milling the pavement, resurfacing the entire roadway, application of new pavement markings, and signage.

Your patience throughout this process has been appreciated. Please continue to watch for changes in traffic patterns and follow signs accordingly.
