Reentry

Reentry Department LogoThe Clark County Department of Reentry was established in 2022 and is located at 1345 Lagonda Avenue, Building A in Springfield. The purpose of the department is to reduce recidivism, lower costs toward local law enforcement and increase public safety. We are working toward reaching this goal by providing support, coordination of care and resources for citizens while transitioning back into the community following incarceration.

To support reentry and justice-impacted individuals in our community, we need to remove the barriers to a successful transition and provide access to the resources needed to build independent and fulfilling lives. Treating each client with dignity and value, we provide support and connection to services and resources to empower citizens on their pathway to prosperity.

Our clients include previously incarcerated individuals, or justice-impacted individuals, as well as families with members that have experienced incarceration. We also work with community organizations and employers that engage the reentry population.

The Clark County Department of Reentry facilitates meetings of the Clark County Reentry Coalition. Individuals interested in learning more about Clark County's Reentry Program or the Reentry Coalition should contact Director Brooke Wagner at 937-398-9393 or bwagner@clarkcountyohio.gov
