Homeowner Emergency Repair program

The Clark County Community and EconomicClark County Community and Economic Development logo Development Department and Neighborhood Housing Partnership of Greater Springfield will be accepting applications for emergency home repairs beginning Monday, Feb. 28.

The 2022 Clark County Homeowner Emergency Repair Grant Program is being funded through the American Rescue Plan Act. The funding will provide critical and immediate home repairs for Clark County homeowners who have been impacted by COVIDNeighborhood Housing Partnership of Greater Springfield logo-19 or who may be unemployed or experiencing food or housing insecurity.

Homeowners may receive up to $7,500 for home repairs or $10,000 for roof repairs. Eligible projects include leaking roofs, inoperable furnace or electrical or plumbing repair. Projects may also include critical repairs needed to allow seniors to stay in their homes, such as ramps or bathroom renovation.
