Meetings / Membership The Clark County Planning Commission meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 2 p.m. in the Springview Government Center, 3130 East Main Street, Springfield, Ohio. The Clark County Planning Commission shall consist of eight citizens of the county appointed by the Board of Clark County Commissioners, together with the members of the Board of County Commissioners.

The Central CEDA Regional Planning Commission shall consist of seven citizens with two appointed by Springfield Township, two appointed by the City of Springfield, two appointed by the County and the last member chosen by the other six members as Chairperson..
