Vulnerable Populations
Residents with Functional Needs & Considerations

Some members of our community require unique consideration when it comes to disaster planning. This can include individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing, are totally or legally blind, have cognitive, developmental or physical disabilities, or have other medical concerns. This can also include individuals with limited English proficiency.
