LEGAL NOTICE 

                                                NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS


Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, will hold a Public Hearing on the 29th day of November, 2017, at approximately 6:00 p.m. in Conference Room 151, Springview Government Center, 3130 East Main Street, Springfield, Ohio.  A second Public Hearing will be held on the 6th day of December, 2017, at approximately 10:00 a.m. in the County Offices, 5th Floor Public Chamber, 50 E. Columbia St., Springfield, Ohio.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider an estimated $60 assessment, per improved parcel, for the purpose of paying the costs of establishing, equipping, furnishing, operating, and maintaining public safety answering points as part of a countywide 9-1-1 system.
