South Charleston Recycling Station to be relocated

The South Charleston Recycling Station will be removed from its current location starting Sept. 14 due to a construction project in the area.

The Clark County Solid Waste District will be relocating the station to another site to be determined in the next few weeks.

Recycling stations are available at the following locations in Clark County:

Springfield West Recycling Station, 1602 West Main Street: Office open 7:30-4:30 p.m., with a one-hour closure from noon to 1 p.m, Monday – Friday; closed government holidays. Parking lot with drop-off containers is open 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. seven days a week.

North Recycling Station, 525 East Home Road: Located behind the Children’s Home, near the Health District, always open.

Northridge Recycling Station, 1539 Student Avenue: Parking lot of Pappy Maine Baseball Field, always Open.

Mad River Township Recycling Station, 7952 Dayton-Springfield Road, Enon: Open during daylight hours.

Northeast Recycling Station, corner of Old Columbus Road and State Route 54, Pleasant Twp.: Always open.
