Clark County Proudly Presents Strategic Plan
First ever plan to guide County’s decisions

SPRINGFIELD, OHIO (July 19, 2017) – The Board of Clark County Commissioners is extremely pleased to approve its first ever Strategic Plan.  This plan is a tool designed to define the county’s strategy and direction to make important decisions about resources.

“With our new commissioners and administrator, I am glad to put together a Strategic Plan that matches our plans already in place,” said County Commissioner Richard L. Lohnes.  “It will be a great guide for the future of Clark County.”

The Strategic Plan includes three strategic priorities which are (1) Provide Access to Government Services, (2) Improve Quality of Life, and (3) Promote Economic Development.   In a time where revenues are maxed, it is extremely important that entities collaborate and use creative means to ensure essential services are delivered to residents.  The Strategic Plan will help Clark County make important decisions about projects and budgeting through 2020.
